UNIQUE Faux Tortoise Shoulder Bag with Metal and Lucite Embellishments--patent leather faux Tortoise outer-layer and metal shell. Faux leather drawstring top. Very lightweight. GOOD condition, despite some wear and tear on Lucite strap and one break in metal casing (pictured), which has been secured with metal glue. Designer unknown.
